Daimon 大門
Daimon is a true craft Japanese sake brewery established in 1826 from Osaka Japan.
Using both only the Ginjo method (low temperature with longer fermentation periods) and with flowing mountain water - the core of their spirit, Daimon has made their mark not only in Japan but on the renowned London Sake Challenge 2016 Gold for Daimon 35, 2018 Gold for Daimon 45, Silver for Daimon 55, as well as medals in other internationally recognised competitions. On top of that, their sake was served at the G20 Summit in Osaka in 2019 to World Leaders. Daimon Sake is a pioneer in sake making in Osaka, and a strong influencer and supporter of the Western Sake Market.
