Yoikigen　酔い機嫌

Omachi rice was first discovered in Okayama in the 1800s. Yoikigen sake brewery uses this rice and the slightly hard water from the near by river to produce its distinctive sake which showcases the potential of omachi rice. This is evident in their sake and shochu.

Yoikigen also produces beautifully crafted fruit liqueurs with the highest quality.
