Sinsen 神泉
Established in 1860 in the picturesque countryside of Ishikawa ken, Sinsen, which literally means “water for the Deity”, uses the ground water found in the nearby shrine to make its sake. The sixth generation owner continues sake brewing with passion and has successfully combined traditional techniques with modern technology.
The success of Sinsen is attested by the selection of Sinsen Daiginjo to be served on Japanese government aircrafts (Japan’s Air Force One) to both domestic and foreign VIPs, including the Japanese royal family.
