Shipping Policy（中文條款在英文條款之後）

How much is delivery?
Delivery is free for orders above HK$600 (net price). For orders below HK$600, a delivery charge of HK$100 is applicable. Actual minimum purchase for free delivery may vary base on promotion.

When will I receive my order?
Orders are expected to be ship out within 2 business days after the order is received. Delivery would be the 1 or 2 days after shipment. Delivery during high season such as year end and Chinese new year may take 1 or 2 more days. 

Notes:
- We do not deliver outside of Hong Kong or if there is no functioning lift to the 4th floor or above.?
- We do not deliver when Typhoon Signal #8 or the Black Rain signal is hoisted.
How is my sake shipped?
For nama (unpasteurised) sake and premium sake, we use a refrigerated delivery truck to ensure that the quality of your sake is not compromised. Please transfer the sake to a refrigerator as soon as possible upon receipt.

Can you leave the sake with my building management office or security guard?
We are sorry, but to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for all our customers, we do not leave sake at a management office or security guard, even if it is explicitly agreed by you.

訂購貨品滿港幣$600 (折扣後價格) 可免費送貨。港幣$600以下，運費港幣$100。

何時可收到貨品？
訂單會在落單後1至2工作天處理，出貨後1至2天送達，請注意在高峯期例如年末或農曆年間，送貨或會需要額外1至兩天，敬請見諒。

附註：
- 我們不設送貨至海外地區或四樓或以上不設升降機的樓層。
- 我們不會在８號颱風或黑色暴雨警告訊號懸掛日送貨。

我訂購的清酒是如何運送？
生酒（未經高溫處理）及Premium類別的清酒，當閣下收到貨品後，請盡快把清酒放進冰箱內儲存。

你可把清酒交給大厦管理處或保安員代收嗎？?
對不起，為確保所有顧客享有愉快的購物過程，即使在你明確表示同意的情況下，我們仍不會把清酒交給大厦管理處或保安員代收的。
